Ms. Collins utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals and families develop new skills and strategies, manage stress, learn relaxation techniques, formulate coping strategies, identify cognitive distortions as well as irrational thoughts, and restructure negative thoughts.  She offers a supportive, positive stance to clients and truly enjoys seeing clients bettering themselves and reaching their goals. 

Through individual and family therapy, Paige works with adults and families who are experiencing a multitude of struggles including:

  • Family issues

  • Family transitions, such as a divorce or remarriage

In addition, Paige is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and a Registered Yoga Teacher with extensive training in relaxation skills.  She pursued these specializations as a means to provide well-rounded services focusing on a mind-body modality to help improve clients' emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.  She enjoys teaching and exploring integrative health with clients and families who are interested in learning more.
