Dr. Liam Collins

Liam offers evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story. His approach blends CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and the Gottman Method— tailored to meet you where you are.

Liam specializes in working with individuals and couples facing trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. He often supports adults working through old wounds, couples striving to reconnect, parents navigating changing roles, and young people learning to understand their inner world. He creates a space where clients feel seen and safe, and he stands proudly as an ally to LGBTQ+ clients, people of color, and anyone who has felt unseen in other systems.

Liam holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and certification in trauma-informed care as well as EMDR training. He is a pre-licensed counselor under the supervision of Mary Ridenour, LPC MHSP. He sees clients both in person and via telehealth, accepts Aetna, Cigna, Wellpoint. Ragan Davidson

Ragan Davidson is a Licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW) and dedicated therapist with a passion for helping teenage and adult populations navigate mental health challenges. Holding a Master of Science in Social Work (May 2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (May 2023) from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Ragan is committed to evidence-based therapeutic approaches and client-centered care. She is also EMDR trained, bringing an additional specialized tool to her therapeutic practice.  Ragan is an LGBTQ+ ally.

 

Ragan’s clinical experience includes working as an Intensive Outpatient Facilitator/Therapist, leading group therapy with a focus on substance abuse and mental health, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy. Kymberli Hensley

Kymberli understands that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and she works to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel genuinely heard and accepted. Whether you're navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, self-esteem issues, or life transitions, Kymberli offers a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where growth feels possible.  

Rooted in a holistic, person-centered approach, Kymberli believes that each client brings unique strengths and values to the counseling process. She meets clients where they are and collaborates with them to identify meaningful goals. Kymberli integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients clarify what matters most to them and build psychological flexibility in the face of life’s challenges. She also draws from Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and solution-focused techniques to support clients in making sense of their experiences and moving forward with intention.

Heavyn understands that life can bring unexpected challenges, and she’s here to help you navigate them. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, relationship issues, or difficult emotions, Heavyn provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported as you work toward healing and growth.

 

Heavyn utilizes a person-centered approach to ensure therapy is guided by your individual needs, helping you achieve your goals. She is trained in EMDR, with advanced training in EMDR for Addictions and EMDR & C-PTSD. She is also trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling and has experience working with perinatal population and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, Heavyn uses narrative therapy to help clients process their experiences, reframe their stories, and create lasting change.  She is an LGBTQ+ ally.

Ryn Lindner

Ryn believes that everyone deserves a safe space to pursue healing and self-discovery. She is honored to provide that space and hear your story. She takes the role of a collaborator and encourager. Ryn specializes in a variety of challenges such as social anxiety, communication/relational skills, late-diagnosed autism, chronic illness and pain, and identity struggles. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and ENM/Poly affirming. Ryn tailors a mixture of mindfulness and cognitive approaches to your needs. If none of her known modalities result in an approach that suits you, she would be delighted to explore and learn about other tools to meet your needs. She is passionate about helping both individuals and families form meaningful, healthy connections.

Jacqueline Mellinger

Jacqueline is a warm, empathetic presence who strives to make all individuals feel heard and understood as they share their unique story. She holds hope for the growth, meaning and change that can be found through a trusting therapeutic relationship. Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Child & Family Studies. As a therapist, Jacqueline is unafraid of walking through deep issues with people and has experience working with trauma, OCD, grief, spirituality, anxiety, attachment/relational issues, and life stressors, among other areas of practice.

Jacqueline has specialized in working with children, adolescents and young adults both inside and outside of clinical settings and is happy to work with individual clients of all ages. Nichole Skinner​

In a world of ever evolving change and adaptation, the human mind plays a complex role in how we respond to times of discomfort. This discomfort can consist of the unknown, fear, unresolved trauma, life experiences, confidence, and identity. Nichole a dedicated and empathic individual whose mission is to help those process emotion and feel confident in applying themselves throughout their journey of healing.

 

She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and has a background of working with a variety of populations, including high acuity clients, adults, adolescents recovering from crisis, residential substance use groups, and more. It is her passion to help clients understand themselves and achieve their goals with a compassionate and sound client-centered approach to therapy. She is a pre-licensed therapist currently working toward full licensure through the state under the supervision of Paige Keisler Collins, LMFT.

​Professional Information:

Paige Keisler Collins is the founder and owner Mind Body Knox.  She has been a licensed Healthcare Practitioner through the state of Tennessee as a Marriage and Family Therapist, license number 876, since 2010.  Ms. Collins is also licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Maine.  She graduated with a Masters of Science degree in Mental and Behavioral Health Counseling in 2009. Her Bachelors degree is in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Child and Family Studies.

​

In addition to LMFT licensure, she holds the following certifications:

  • Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider

  • Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance

  • Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor

  • Certified as a Mandatory Pre-Screening Agent by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services

  • AAMFT Approved Licensure Supervisor (providing services under supervision)

Work Experience:

Ms. Collins has over 15 years experience in working with children, adults, and families, which includes providing individual, couples, and family therapy, play therapy, group therapy, in-home therapeutic services, psychoeducation and life skills trainings, parenting classes, and crisis response services.  She has also assisted in custody evaluations and mediation. 

 

Paige spent over four years working with at-risk youth and has experience with continuum of care services.  Her work was part of a national clinical research trial involving youth aging out of foster care services.  Paige has both professional and personal experience with blended families, foster care, and adoption.  She has been a foster parent herself and has an adopted daughter.  In addition, she has worked closely with area schools and colleges, the court system, and The Department of Children Services.  She has run her practice since 2010 and has worked full time in private practice since 2014.  Paige primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic  practices, and other evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment for a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues.  

 

In addition, Ms. Collins has specialized training in integrated services that support holistic health, including yoga, meditation, and nutrition.  Paige is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and has certifications in trauma-informed yoga, aerial yoga, prenatal yoga, and breathwork.  She has been teaching group classes since 2017.  She pursued yoga teacher training as a means to provide well-rounded services focusing on a mind-body modality to help improve clients' emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

Paige owns and operates Mind Body Knox, which is the first of its kind in our community.  Mind Body Knox is a mental and physical wellness center, offering well-rounded services including mental health therapy and psychiatry (medication management), massage therapy, and numerous weekly classes and series from the Sun Studio, including yoga, aerial, movement, breathwork, meditation, and classes specifically for children and families.  Read more at mindbodyknox.com

Paige supervises students in graduate school (Clinical Mental Health Counseling and MSW programs), as well as graduates working towards licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (in conjunction with an additional supervisor).  She can provide employment, supervision, and private practice mentorship.  Mind Body Knox is a great fit for a clinician who is interested in learning more about incorporating somatic practices, Systems Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into their work with clients and a clinician who utilizes mind-body modalities both personally and professionally.  In addition to traditional office space, we have the unique opportunity to provide studio space.  Reach out with questions at paige@mindbodyknox.com.
