In addition, Ms. Collins has specialized training in integrated services that support holistic health, including yoga, meditation, and nutrition.  Paige is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and has certifications in trauma-informed yoga, aerial yoga, and prenatal yoga.  She has been teaching group classes since 2017.  She pursued yoga teacher training as a means to provide well-rounded services focusing on a mind-body modality to help improve clients' emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

Paige owns and operates Mind Body Knoxville, which is the first of its kind in our community.  Mind Body Knox offers well-rounded services combining physical practices involving yoga and breathwork, evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic techniques, and psychoeducation related to integrative health.  Research has shown that these skills help us transition from our amygdala (fight-or-flight response) to our prefrontal cortex (problem-solving and regulating emotions), so that we are able to maintain self-control and rational thinking.   The purpose of Mind Body Knox is to decrease stress reactivity, increase a state of balance, and build resilience.  Our classes provide a structured time and space for individuals to come together in a small group setting that educates and empowers.  Mental health is physical health and physical health is mental health.
