Heavyn understands that life can bring unexpected challenges, and she’s here to help you navigate them. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, relationship issues, or difficult emotions, Heavyn provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported as you work toward healing and growth.
Heavyn utilizes a person-centered approach to ensure therapy is guided by your individual needs, helping you achieve your goals. She is trained in EMDR, with advanced training in EMDR for Addictions and EMDR & C-PTSD. She is also trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling and has experience working with perinatal population and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, Heavyn uses narrative therapy to help clients process their experiences, reframe their stories, and create lasting change.
Heavyn has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is a pre-licensed therapist currently working toward full licensure through the state under the supervision of Paige Keisler Collins, LMFT. Heavyn works with adults, couples, and adolescents, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. Heavyn accepts Aetna, Cigna, and BlueCare insurance, along with out-of-pocket payments, and offers a sliding scale for those in need. Cindy believes that one of the most beautiful things about being human is our ability to change. Yet she knows how easy it is to feel stuck in destructive thoughts and behaviors. Cindy understands that the healing journey has no “one size fits all” approach. Using a holistic, collaborative, direct, and person-centered approach, she helps clients untangle lies and misbeliefs, rewrite unhealthy narratives, and find inner freedom. Cindy specializes in trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and more.
Cindy has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently working toward full licensure through the state under the supervision of Paige Keisler Collins, LMFT. Cindy works with adolescents (16+), adults, and couples. She accepts Aetna, Cigna, and BlueCare insurance, out of pocket payment, and can provide a sliding scale. She sees clients in-person and on telehealth. She is an LGBTQ+ ally.

Ashley is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional, specializing in a client-centered approach to therapy. With a deep commitment to fostering healing and growth, Ashley creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their challenges and work towards achieving personal goals. Her empathetic and tailored approach ensures each individual feels heard and empowered on their journey to mental well-being. Ashley specializes in trauma, anxiety, life stressors, life transitions, and more. She utilizes play therapy when working with children.
Ashley has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a pre-licensed therapist currently working toward full dual licensure as an LMFT and LPC through the state under the supervision of Paige Keisler Collins, LMFT. Ashley works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She accepts Aetna, Cigna, BlueCare insurance, clients paying out of pocket, and those in need of a sliding scale. Ashley is trilingual, providing services in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. She sees clients in-person and on telehealth. She is an LGBTQ+ ally.

Nichole Skinner, MS

In a world of ever evolving change and adaptation, the human mind plays a complex role in how we respond to times of discomfort. This discomfort can consist of the unknown, fear, unresolved trauma, life experiences, confidence, and identity. Nichole a dedicated and empathic individual whose mission is to help those process emotion and feel confident in applying themselves throughout their journey of healing.
She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and has a background of working with a variety of populations, including high acuity clients, adults, adolescents recovering from crisis, residential substance use groups, and more. It is her passion to help clients understand themselves and achieve their goals with a compassionate and sound client-centered approach to therapy. She is a pre-licensed therapist currently working toward full licensure through the state under the supervision of Paige Keisler Collins, LMFT.

Paige Keisler Collins is the founder and owner Mind Body Knox. She has been a licensed Healthcare Practitioner through the state of Tennessee as a Marriage and Family Therapist, license number 876, since 2010. Ms. Collins is also licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Maine. She graduated with a Masters of Science degree in Mental and Behavioral Health Counseling in 2009. Her Bachelors degree is in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Child and Family Studies.

Work Experience:
Ms. Collins has over 15 years experience in working with children, adults, and families, which includes providing individual, couples, and family therapy, play therapy, group therapy, in-home therapeutic services, psychoeducation and life skills trainings, parenting classes, and crisis response services. She has also assisted in custody evaluations and mediation.
Paige spent over four years working with at-risk youth and has experience with continuum of care services. Her work was part of a national clinical research trial involving youth aging out of foster care services. Paige has both professional and personal experience with blended families, foster care, and adoption. She has been a foster parent herself and has an adopted daughter. In addition, she has worked closely with area schools and colleges, the court system, and The Department of Children Services. She has run her practice since 2010 and has worked full time in private practice since 2014. Paige primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic practices, and other evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment for a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues.
In addition, Ms. Collins has specialized training in integrated services that support holistic health, including yoga, meditation, and nutrition. Paige is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and has certifications in trauma-informed yoga, aerial yoga, prenatal yoga, and breathwork. She has been teaching group classes since 2017. She pursued yoga teacher training as a means to provide well-rounded services focusing on a mind-body modality to help improve clients' emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

Paige owns and operates Mind Body Knox, which is the first of its kind in our community. Mind Body Knox is a mental and physical wellness center, offering well-rounded services including mental health therapy and psychiatry (medication management), massage therapy, and numerous weekly classes and series from the Sun Studio, including yoga, aerial, movement, breathwork, meditation, and classes specifically for children and families. Paige supervises students in graduate school (Clinical Mental Health Counseling and MSW programs), as well as graduates working towards licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (in conjunction with an additional supervisor). She can provide employment, supervision, and private practice mentorship. Mind Body Knox is a great fit for a clinician who is interested in learning more about incorporating somatic practices, Systems Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into their work with clients and a clinician who utilizes mind-body modalities both personally and professionally.
